How to find us
We are located on both sides of the road down at the Beaumont filter in turn on La Route De La Haule on the way to St Aubin’s. Please feel free to park in a space provided outside our showroom or the car park behind and someone will be there to assist you.
What are your opening hours?
We open from Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. Looking to view a car out of them hours? Get in touch, we are more then happy to arrange a time that works well for you.
How do I know if the vehicle is still available?
We update our Website, Facebook & Instagram hourly with all of our latest stock & sold vehicles so you can be rest assured that if the car for you is available on any of these platforms, you can buy it! Please still contact us should your vehicle not be available, we will more then likely have something similar or know of another coming in stock.
How do I go about arranging a test drive?
Simply call us or drop us an email and one of our advisors will be able to book you in on one of our quality vehicles at a time good for you. Please note, we don’t do overnight test drives.
Will there be any warranty on the vehicle I’m looking to purchase?
Yes we offer 3 months warranty on all of our used vehicles which covers electrical and mechanical failures. We also work with the UK’s best warranty provider WarrantyWise to be able to offer you Extended Warranty’s from a year up to 3 years!
Do you service cars?
We don’t service cars, however all of our sales cars are serviced by some of the best mechanics on Island before they are delivered to the customer. We can also point you in the right direction for future servicing of your new vehicle.
Finance and Payment
I’m interested in purchasing the vehicle through finance, is this something you can offer?
Yes and with us purchasing your next car through finance couldn’t be any easier. We work with the best finance companies on Island offering fantastic finance deals. We will just need a copy of your ID and a utility bill from the last 3 months and then leave the rest to us. In most cases, you will then be able to drive your new car away within 24 hours.
Payment options, how can I pay for my next car?
Our preferred payment option is by Bank Transfer. We also accept Credit/Debit Cards (except for AMEX) and Cheques, however please note we will not deliver the car until the cheque has cleared.
I’m looking to sell my car, would you be interested in purchasing?
Here at Polar we are always looking to add to our range of high quality vehicles. If you’re looking to sell your car then by all means pop in to see us and we can give you the best valuation on the vehicle. When you are happy with our valuation, we will transfer funds directly to your account.

What happens if I change my mind?
Due to our unique business model, the cars are already priced at the lowest price. We have a no-haggling policy to offer the same low prices to everyone and believe all our customers should enjoy the same great prices, whether they are good at haggling or not. Bear in mind that we have a very high stock turnover so if your car is slightly above your budget, it’s likely that a similar car will be arriving and it may well be cheaper! Can I see the car before buying it?
